VENUE 1:

1. Budget: 3000 euro (for both restaurant choices) – Private use of the ceremony and reception for 5 hours (until 23:30)
2. Venue capacity: up to 30 guests

4. Event Coordination: Wedding Planner included in the price – Wedding consultation and event coordination (venue and vendor selection, decor, timeplan of the day, marriage documents, etc.
5. Restaurant at:

1st choice: venue area dinner up to 12 pax

2nd choice: Arches up to 30 guests

6. Bar services: Yes with an extra fee. Glass of sparkling wine for toast included in the price. You may check the prices of packages in our pdf in the end.
7. Rental equipment: Basic set up of the venue including: Chiavari chairs, tables, white table cloths, silverware.
8. Audiovisual equipment: Recorded music of your choice
9. Restrictions and policies: Music up to 60 DB until 11:00 pm

VENUE 2: at the rooftop of the boutique

1. Budget:  4200 euro – Private use of the ceremony and reception area for 5 hours
2. Venue capacity: up to 20 guests / up to 40 guests
3. Location: Oia, Santorini
4. Event Coordination: Wedding Planner included in the price – Wedding consultation and event coordination (venue and vendor selection, decor, timeplan of the day, marriage documents, etc.)
5. Restaurant at: Venue’s area

• 1st choice: Dinner seating Set up with long tables for up to 20 guests  (4200 euro)
• 2nd choice: Dinner seating in case of a Set up with long tables from 21 to 40 guests you have to buyout Oia Suites (8 rooms, 2 of them wtih 2 bedrooms making 10 bedroom villa in total) in this case cost: to be advised after quotation.

      ROOM BOOKING REQUIREMENTS

• For weddings of up to 20 guests, it is necessary to book two suites for at least three nights, at Oia Suites.
• For weddings from 21 to 40 guests, can be accommodated under special terms & conditions and a buyout of the whole property, Oia Suites is required.

VENUE 3: for unique sunset views 

1. Budget:  5800 euro – Private use of the ceremony’s place and Dinner reception area for up to 7 hours
2. Venue capacity: up to 100 guests
3. Location: Oia, Santorini
4. Event Coordination: Wedding Planner included in the price – Wedding consultation and event coordination (venue and vendor selection, decor, timeplan of the day, marriage documents, etc.
5. Restaurant at:

1st choice: Dinner seating Set up with long tables at the Restaurant up to 50 guests

2nd choice: Dinner at pool area up to 100 guests (price for pool area will increase to 12000 euro)

**There is also the chance to have Cocktail style up to 60 guests after the ceremony and before dinner with finger food provided. Please find the rates for cocktail style in our pdf in the end.

    ROOM BOOKING REQUIREMENTS:

• Weddings of up to 8-25 guests, booking one room for at least three nights is required at Canaves Oia Epitome 
• Weddings of up to 26-40 guests, booking three rooms for at least three nights is required at Canaves Oia Epitome 
• Weddings of up to 40 – 60 guests, booking four rooms for at least three nights is required at Canaves Oia Epitome
• Any request of more than 60-100 guests can be accommodated under special terms & conditions and a buyout of the whole property is required.

***For securing the booking, a 30% of the venue fee is requested.  The remaining balance can be covered one month prior to the event.

***Booking a room is always something we recommend especially for a couple’s pre & wedding day, as it is the most convenient to every bride’s preparations to be done in the same area where the wedding is also going to be held, avoiding additional stress, transfers, delays etc.

***Please note: Drones are not allowed to fly in any of Caldera Properties 

***Please note: The music volume needs always to be adjusted in hotel’s and caldera’s regulations, and be lowered from 23.00.
