Caldera View Terrace Venue

Wedding Ceremony 

  1. Venue Rental Price: The price is subject to the number of guests attending the event. For up to 10 guests, the rental fee is €900.00 including VAT, adding €10.00 including VAT for every extra guest.

Rental Extension for more than 2 hours: €230.00 / hour.

The venue is available for 2-hour Wedding Ceremonies daily from 10:00-13:00 only and can provide a time extension till 13:30 upon request.

  1. Maximum Capacity: 80 seated guests or 120 standing guests.

3. Place: The Ceremony is held on our spectacular caldera view terrace in Santorini.

  1. Essential items included: white wooden Chiavari chairs with a soft silver-gray velvet cushion, ceremony table, sound system and four decorative candle lanterns.

Special note: Gazebo is portable and you may choose if you want to use the white wooden gazebo or to remove it, allowing you to create your own unique decorations along with your chosen wedding planner’s assistance.

  1. A Ceremony Open Bar Drinks Package is mandatory for all adult guests. All kids and teens 2-18 Y.O. are mandatory to have the Kids’ & Teens’ Soft Drinks Package.

Ceremony and Reception

  1. Budget: 3,900.00 EUR. for the venue. This available for Wedding Ceremonies with Reception daily 15:00 – 24:00. You can choose to hire the venue for the duration that you prefer, between 6 and 9 hours
  2. Capacity: Minimum of 20 guests to book a wedding event. In case a wedding has under 20 guests during this period, there would be an extra fee of 190 euros per person to be paid. The minimum of 20 guests’ policy does not apply to the 2nd of May 2024 until the 20th of May 2024 and October 2024.
  3. Location of Reception: Dinner is served in our gorgeous Open Air Full Caldera view reception area and if the Greek summer evening is too warm our reception area is fully air-conditioned. Completely ‘Outdoor’ dinner serving options are also available for smaller weddings. The above Open Air or Outdoor dinner service options are available till ‘Party Time’ as per the local law regarding Venues on the world famous Santorinian Caldera. For the Party Time the large reception area windows are closed, allowing the view in a fully air-conditioned area and without disturbing the other Caldera Guests.
  4. Event coordination: Supervision the wedding day. It is mandatory from the venue to hire a professional wedding planner for table decorations, flower arrangements, wedding cake, entertainers and legal paperwork.
  5. Dinner: Menu: 96-114 EUR per person for a 4-course sit-down meal. For any number of guests, you can either choose a sit-down menu or a buffet. The price of the buffet depends on the dish selections you make. Kindly be advised that for 2024/2025, it would be compulsory to have a 4-course sit-down or a buffet menu.

– Sit-down served menus and buffet meals are available regardless of the number of guests. Couples may choose up to 2 different served menu options + one vegetarian/ vegan/gluten free menu + one kids’ menu + one vendors’ menu, no more than 5 different menus. For wedding parties of more than 70 guests, we can provide only one served menu of your choice for all the guests, plus menus for guests with special dietary needs. Dinner is served from 18:00 onwards

  1. Bar services: Drink packages are not mandatory for the whole duration of the event, but for only 3 hours, for 1 hour at the reception, and 2 hours during dinner.

The ceremony package with prosecco and soft drinks will be offered at 14 EUR per person per hour. The dinner/reception package, including wine, Alfa Draught Beer, soft drinks, and juices, will be offered at 13 EUR per person per hour.

– For the rest of the duration of the event, you may alternatively select from our brochure’s packages for the duration you wish, or the following bar tab option.

– A Bar tab option may be offered with a mandatory minimum consumption charge per guest and for more details, you may contact our reservations department.

7. Amenities and services:

Ceremony Terrace

  •             Chiavari Chairs for all the guests
  •             A Sound System for music playback
  •             Six lanterns and a ceremony table
  •             No access is allowed after 23.00

A chandelier can be provided upon request at an extra charge.

Reception / Dining Room

  •             Tables and Chiavari Chairs (cutlery, plates, glasses, tablecloths provided)
  •             Dimmed lighting
  •             DJ, who will perform throughout the event with the music that you prefer. Live music is allowed, but please contact us for more details. Sound System, a projector, a microphone for the speeches & disco lights (a playlist can also be provided by the couple).
  •             Projector with screen to play any own videos and/or display photographs (to be used after sunset time indoors).

8 . Restrictions and policies:

The venue’s closing time is 00.00.

The music stops at 23:45 am.

Tip for the service staff is not included in the prices and gets paid at the pre-wedding meeting in cash.

9. Transportation: The venue does not offer transportation for the guests or the couple to and from the venue. It is mandatory to arrange a transfer for the guests, both to arrive on time and to depart from the venue at the end of the event. If a transfer has not been arranged, the event will finish 45 minutes earlier than agreed, making it possible for the guests to be able to depart the premises on time.

10. Backup plans for inclement weather: Dinner can be served in our “open-air” hall, with huge open windows overlooking the Caldera. The roof will also be open. This way, in case of unpredicted weather conditions, the windows and the roof get closed, and the event gets continued, in a fully air-conditioned area. In case the couple has a maximum of 20 guests, then the dinner can be hosted outside, on our upper terrace (children are not allowed for safety reasons).

***Booking a room is always something we recommend especially for a couple’s pre & wedding day, as it is the most convenient to every bride’s preparations to be done in the same area where the wedding is also going to be held, avoiding additional stress, transfers, delays etc.
