The venue features amazing views to the Aegean Sea, a large pool area ideal for wedding parties with a restaurant, and an upper level equipped with modern facilities with a bar.

1. CEREMONY AND RECEPTION – EXCLUSIVE USE

2. RECEPTION ONLY – EXCLUSIVE USE

Τhe entire property (both restaurant & pool area) – enjoy the full privacy of the venue.

3. RECEPTION ONLY – POOL AREA

Location fee: MAY & OCTOBER 800 EUR,

Capacity up to 180 seated guests

Location: In front of Baxedes beach, close to Oia
Event coordination: A manager from the venue will be on-site for the duration of the event. Any instructions given by the venue manager in relation to the conduct of the function must be followed immediately.
Catering: Catering menus/Please find the prices in the end.
Bar services: Open Bar Packages are provided with an extra fee, open bar starts upon arrival / A selection of an Open Bar Package is mandatory for 5 hours / Please find the prices in the end. Cash bar and bar tab are accepted as options, after the open bar package is over.
Rental equipment: The venue provides round or rectangular tables with floor length white linens. 150 gold Tiffany chairs or 150 wooden cross-back chairs are included in the venue equipment.
Audiovisual equipment: DJ service is included as well as Audio Sound & Light System / external DJ’s and Musicians must provide their own sound equipment.
Décor: Signs, banners, back drops, staging and decorations must be approved by the venue prior to the function. No nails, screws, staples, adhesives or fastenings may be driven into or attached to the walls, doors, floors, furniture, fittings and equipment without the express consent of the venue manager. Glass decorations should not be used in the pool areas. Metallic foil confetti or glitter confetti must not be used OR thrown as they are seriously harmful to the environment. Bio-degradable paper confetti or light color rose petals to avoid staining, can be used as an alternative. The venue does not offer set up services of favors, centerpieces or other general décor items
Restrictions and policies:

-Drone filming is allowed only with a proof of the legal license. Drone operators must keep the flight range where the privacy of neighboring Hotels and residences is not disturbed.

-Any music can be played until 00:00 am with a limit to 100 db which cannot be exceeded for any reason.

After 00:00 music is to be turned down to 70 db. All music and sound of any nature, must stop at 02:00 am.

-Swimming or entering the pool is not permitted by anyone during any event.

9. Parking: Valet parking services upon request for guests’ vehicles, excluding buses.

***Booking a room is always something we recommend especially for a couple’s pre & wedding day, as it is the most convenient to every bride’s preparations to be done in the same area where the wedding is also going to be held, avoiding additional stress, transfers, delays etc.
