                      This Wedding Venue offer you 3 different options.

 

A. Private Wedding Balcony

Venue capacity: up to 6 people

Location: Fira

A Private wedding ceremony will be held on the rooftop terrace. The dinner at the balcony with rental time: 4:00 pm – 00.00 midnight.

 

 

Accommodation for 4 people in A Suite & L Suite for 3 nights-stay with breakfast.

Budget: 8 970 euro all the above included in the price.

  1. Event coordination: A personal wedding consultant to guide you through the process, from your initial enquiry, up to the day of your wedding. (included in the price)
  2. Restaurant: At the Private Table up to 6 people, or an indoor reception area will be provided in case of poor weather (4:00 pm – 00.00 midnight).

This is a French gourmet restaurant and a part of Villa with 2 options: : 1. à la carte menu or 2. special set menu

Please find the standard menu as well as the 5 course degustation menu with/without wine DINNER MENU.

  1. Bar services with 2 options: 1. Open bar with fixed drinks and price or unlimited cash bar. Both options could be available throughout the whole evening.
  2. Rental equipment: Rental fee includes service staff, banquet equipment and furniture with white linen covers for up to 6 guests. (included in the price)
  3. Audiovisual equipment: The restaurant provides a romantic dinner playlist. The changes to the playlist can only be applied by the written agreement with the restaurant. Some restrictions may apply according to local regulations. (included in the price)
  4. Décor: Additional equipment and decorations require further discussion and are with extra cost.
  5. Parking: Not available
  6. Transportation: yes with an extra fee
  7. Backup plans for inclement weather: Yes

       B. Private Terrace Wedding 

Venue capacity: up to 12 people

Location: Fira

A Private wedding ceremony will be held on the rooftop terrace. The accommodation for 4 people in A Suite & L Suite for 3 nights-stay with breakfast.

Budget: 9 460 euro all the above included in the price.

  1. Event coordination: A personal wedding consultant to guide you through the process, from your initial enquiry, up to the day of your wedding.  (included in the price)
  2. Catering or Restaurant: The dinner will be held at the Private Table or an indoor reception area will be provided in case of poor weather (4:00 pm – 00.00 midnight)

C. Exclusive wedding event at privacy of the whole Villa

Venue capacity: up to 60 people

Location: Fira

The wedding ceremony will be held at the balcony or on the rooftop terraces which faces the volcano, the Aegean sea and the amazing Santorinian sunset.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

The accommodation will be at 4 (A,L,Q,T) luxury suites at Villa for 3 nights-stay maximum 10 people with breakfast.

  2. Catering or Restaurant: The whole Villa &  restaurant with rental time: 8:00 am – 12:00 midnight which includes all the outdoor restaurant areas (area in front of the pool and behind the pool, kitchen and the champagne bar areas).

  3. Audiovisual equipment: The privacy of the restaurant Musical accompaniment at the client’s choice. Some restrictions may apply according to local regulations.

  6. Transportation: yes with an extra fee
  7. Backup plans for inclement weather: Yes

 

***Please note: Drones are not allowed to fly in any of Caldera Properties

***Please note: The music volume needs always to be adjusted in hotel’s and caldera’s regulations, and be lowered from 23.00

***Additional accommodation and staffing is possible and should be further discussed at extra cost.

***The minimum spending (deposit) per person for food and beverages is 250 Euro. As well, we would like to inform you that an additional 10% Service fee will be applied on the Grand Total on the day of the event.

 

***The following services can be reserved for an additional cost through the personal wedding planner:

  • Full Beauty care services (hair and makeup) for the bride, on the wedding day.
  • Professional photo shooting or videography.
  • Bridal bouquet and Groom boutonniere, with seasonal flowers.
  • Depending on the wedding theme, banquets may be decorated with seasonal flowers.
  • Ceremony decorated with items related to the theme of the wedding.
  • Basket of rose petals.
  • Wedding cake.
  • Wedding DJ.
  • Documentation including license fees and legal costs – translation fees.
  • Assistance at the Town Hall for the final signatures of the Marriage Certificate.
  • Excursions
  • On request, additional services not listed above can be arranged.
